What Is It?: U-9 and U-10 X-League Philosophy
The U-9 and U-10 X-League is a state-wide soccer program for those players in the U-9 and U-10 age group. The U-9 and U-10 X-League was created to build a developmental bridge that helps to connect both recreation and competitive soccer programs. The foundation of the U-9 and U-10 X-League is to foster an environment for those ambitious and advanced players who aspire to a higher-level of play. In addition, the U-9 and U-10 X-League is focused on augmenting player development through quality and organized play - in a fun, challenging, and rewarding soccer environment.
Fields: TBD for 2010
Cost: If players are already registered in KICKS (they played fall of 2009) they only need to pay $10.00 to register for Super KICKS X-League. If you bring in new players, their cost is going to be $75.00.
Uniforms: Each team will supply its own uniforms(this is an additional cost to the player)---we will order for you with our league discount if you like.
Team Sizes: U9's can have 10 on the roster, and they play 6v6. U10's can have 14 on the roster, and they play 8v8.
Registration: Please watch our website for registration details.
Play-Up: No play-ups, please. We will combine leagues as necessary, but teams need to be pure age groups.
Coaches: Coaches will form their teams in X-League. We will assist in matching teams and players. If you are a coach looking for players or a player looking for a team please give us a call.
Paperwork: Please mail your registrations and payment for each player to P.O. Box 910817, St. George, UT 84790. DEADLINE is January 15th. There will be a $10 late fee after January 15th. Click here to download the PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM.
